By accessing or using StrainTree, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use StrainTree. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of strain data, images, and content you upload. By posting content publicly, you grant StrainTree a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. NFT-minted genetics are governed by the on-chain smart contract terms.

5. Marketplace

Marketplace transactions are between buyers and sellers. StrainTree facilitates but does not guarantee transactions. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Misrepresenting strain genetics or provenance
  • Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
  • Attempting to manipulate the reputation system
  • Violating any applicable cannabis regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

StrainTree is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses arising from marketplace transactions, blockchain operations, or AI predictions.
